Purpose of the Oral Wellness Card:
1. Affordable Dental Care :
The Oral Wellness Card offers significant savings on a wide range of dental services, making it easier for you to receive the care you need without financial stress. The Primary Card Holder and family members who are part of the Privilege Program will be entitled to a discount of 10% on the services will be separate. Provided by Academy of Dentofacial Education and Research in their clinics and associates.
5. Emergency Support :
Dental emergencies can happen unexpectedly. Our cardholders receive priority access to emergency dental services, ensuring prompt and effective care when you need it most.
2. Preventive Health Focus :
Regular check-ups and cleanings are crucial in preventing serious dental issues. Our card encourages routine visits for free consultation on prior appointments.
6. Term Completion :
On completion of One year will get Dental Health Check free worth INR 5000 from Academy of Dentofacial Education and Research clinics or associates on mentioned service charges of the clinic for two members provided the net of billing should be more than INR 50000 for that financial year. (Exclusion Corporate offers, Discounts).
3. Comprehensive Coverage :
From basic treatments to advanced procedures, the Oral Wellness Card provides discounts on services including cleanings, fillings, extractions, cosmetic dentistry, Implantology, Root Canal treatments, and orthodontic ADER Aligners from their clinics.
7. From day one :
The card will have 100 points as a reward from Academy of Dentofacial and Education and Research. A Privilege cardholder can start accumulating points on that card with every spent and will be awarded 5 points for every 100 paid as part of the net bill* as loyalty points, Privilege cardholders can redeem points after accumulating at least 350 points.
4. Family-Friendly Benefits :
Designed with families in mind, our card extends its benefits to all immediate family members, ensuring that everyone can maintain a healthy, beautiful smile. The Primary Card Holder and family members who are part of the Privilege Program will be entitled to a discount of 10% on all the services of Academy of Dentofacial Education and Research and it’s allied service at their clinics and associates.
8. Redemption :
All points can be redeemed on a single service. But no point will be awarded on redemption transactions. Either redemption of accumulated points or 10% discount can be availed at one operation, This can be availed by the cardholder only. Points redemption should be done within 6 months from the last transaction. It cannot be clubbed with medicine or any consumable purchases.

Terms And Conditions
- The card is valid till the date printed on the card.
- Point based Program applicable at Academy of Dentofacial Research and Education.
- Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- At Academy of Dentofacial Research and Education. reserves the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
- Any additional schemes and promotions will be governed as per their respective terms and conditions.
- These terms are in addition to the Privilege Member Card terms already applicable and accessible on the website.
- Academy of Dentofacial Research and Education. reserves the right to decline/amend/ change/alter/revoke/suspend/withdraw or terminate the membership, introduce any contests/schemes/ rewards/prizes/ lucky draw/coupons to any applicant without assigning any reason whatsoever.
- The usage of this card confirms that the member has read and understood and has further agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions as amended from time to time.
- Points Redemption
- Points can be redeemed only on Walk-ins (at selected ADER associates owned centres) on net amount.
- Points cannot be redeemed on Transportation charges and must be redeemed on net test value To redeem any amount the card holder must have a minimum of 250 points in the privilege account.
- For redemption, the Privilege Card must be presented at the time of billing or if the card is not with the member at the time of redemption, he/she needs to present the card number and ID proof to validate his/her identity.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Redemption amount cannot exceed the bill amount.
- The redemption will not be entertained on the purchases of medicines or other dental related products or consumables.
